The estate was originally established as a dairy farm and later expanded into coffee, with both activities continuing today. The family cultivates a wide selection of varietals while protecting the surrounding ecosystem through shade trees, natural pest control and careful soil management. The family works with many coffee varieties and experiments with different processing and drying methods to improve quality.
